Grails encryption plugin, 1.0.1

Changes on version 1.0.1: + Added HexCodec class. + Default saltedPassword function will return the value as a byte array, use saltedPasswordHex and saltedPasswordBase64 for string values with the respective encodings. This was done for consistency with the Apache commons nomenclatures.
